It can make something simple like running to the store feel so draining. It can even lead to feeling burnt out and difficulty with setting and maintaining boundaries.

While there is no miracle cure, there are certainly tools and techniques you can learn to help reduce your anxiety, break those anxious thought spirals, actually be able to relax and enjoy spending time with others, and reduce the time you spend worrying. Gaining insight into how and why anxiety impacts you can also be an important part of healing and I look forward to walking this path with you.
